The six issuing jurisdictions
A card's jurisdiction is where the card itself is issued, not where you have to live. The Netherlands, Spain and Estonia cards are issued in EUR; Poland in PLN on Mastercard; the United Kingdom in GBP; and Indonesia in IDR on Mastercard.
The choice matters for two practical reasons. The first is the currency: a purchase in the card's own currency carries no conversion fee, so a card in the currency you spend most often is cheaper to run. The second is the limits, which differ by product — the Netherlands card carries the highest spending ceiling, the Estonia card the lowest entry threshold.
All limits are denominated in USDT regardless of the card currency. The ceiling is the same number whether the card is in EUR or IDR, which makes the six products directly comparable.
Where Blomo is not available
Blomo serves most countries. It does not serve the United States, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, or countries in Africa, and it does not serve sanctioned jurisdictions anywhere.
The exclusions have two different causes, and it is worth keeping them apart. Sanctions screening is imposed on every issuer by Visa and Mastercard: an issuer that ignored it would not stay an issuer for long, so no provider can make an exception for you. The remaining restrictions come from the issuing partner, which decides which markets it will support.
The list is not a promise that it will never change. Blomo publishes it here so that you know before you open an account rather than after you have funded it.
Because virtual cards require no identity documents, availability is not enforced through a residence check at sign-up. One check does exist, and it is not an identity check: Blomo screens incoming funds. On the ordinary path nothing is asked of you at any of the four moments, but if a top-up raises a sanctions or anti-money-laundering question, the check is extended and Blomo may ask you to confirm where the funds came from. Section 6 of the terms sets out exactly what that check may request. Individual merchants may also apply their own country rules at checkout — that is the merchant decision and applies to any card, not only to Blomo.
Languages
The Blomo interface is available in English, Spanish, Polish and Russian, across the website, the web app, the Telegram mini app and the bot.
Support answers in the same four languages. The AI support agent handles the first line of questions and hands over to a person when a question needs one.
Deposits and networks by region
Deposits are not region-specific: the same six assets are accepted wherever you are. USDT arrives over TRON (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20); USDC over TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) and Arbitrum; and ETH, TRX, BNB and BTC over their own networks.
The practical difference between regions is which network costs more to send from, not which is permitted. Which one is cheapest today is a moving target: a TRON transfer is priced in energy and follows the TRX price, an Ethereum transfer follows the gas price, and the two have swapped places more than once. Read the fee your own wallet or exchange shows you before you confirm the withdrawal.
A top-up is a request: you pick the asset and the network, receive an address for that top-up, and the amount is credited to your Blomo balance once the network confirms the transfer.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Which countries does Blomo work in?
Most countries. Blomo does not serve the United States, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, countries in Africa, or sanctioned jurisdictions.
Why is the United States excluded?
Some exclusions come from sanctions rules that Visa and Mastercard impose on every issuer; others come from the issuing partner deciding which markets it supports. The United States falls in the second group.
Do I have to live in the country where my card is issued?
No. The jurisdiction describes where the card is issued, not where you must live, and virtual cards involve no residence check at sign-up.
Which currencies are Blomo cards issued in?
EUR on the Netherlands, Spain and Estonia cards, PLN on Poland, GBP on the United Kingdom and IDR on Indonesia. All limits are denominated in USDT whatever the card currency is.
Which card should I take for my currency?
Match the card currency to what you spend: a purchase in the card own currency carries no conversion. For euros the Netherlands card is cheapest at 0.5% per transaction, then Spain at 1%.
What languages does Blomo support?
English, Spanish, Polish and Russian, across the website, the app, the Telegram mini app and support.
Are deposit networks different by region?
No. The same six assets over five networks are accepted everywhere: USDT on TRON (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) and Arbitrum, and ETH, TRX, BNB and BTC. Only the cost of sending differs.
