Blomo Concierge
A card pays for things. Concierge arranges them. Blomo Concierge is a subscription that puts a team behind your requests — bookings, deliveries, and the problems that need a person rather than a payment.

What Concierge does
Blomo Concierge takes a request and returns a result. You describe what you need; the concierge team finds it, books it, arranges it or resolves it, and comes back to you when it is done.
The common requests are travel and hotel bookings, restaurant and event reservations, deliveries and errands, and the category that has no clean name — the problem that needs somebody to make calls, compare options and sit on hold. That last one is usually the reason people keep the subscription.
Concierge sits alongside the card rather than replacing it. Where a payment is needed, it goes through your Blomo balance and card in the ordinary way; the subscription covers the arranging, not the cost of what you buy.
What it costs
Blomo Concierge costs 149 USDT a month, or 1,099 USDT for a year. The annual plan works out at roughly 92 USDT a month and saves 689 USDT against paying month by month.
The subscription is a flat fee. It is not a commission on what you spend and not a percentage of a booking — the price does not change with how much you ask for or how much the things you book cost.
The fee is charged from your Blomo balance, like any other payment on the account. You switch Concierge on in the app and it is activated automatically — there is nothing to apply for and nobody to wait for.
There is no trial period. Blomo would rather say that on the price page than bury it in the terms. You can cancel from the app at any time, and there is no verification requirement to subscribe: Concierge is available on the same terms as the rest of the account.
How a request works
You switch the subscription on in the app and it starts working immediately. Requests go in your own words — no forms and no fixed categories. The concierge team asks whatever it needs to ask, does the work, and reports back with what it arranged or what the options are.
Where something has to be paid for, it is paid with your Blomo card from your balance, so the money never leaves your control on the strength of a promise. You see the charge like any other card transaction.
Requests that turn out to be impossible are reported as impossible, with the reason. A concierge service that never says no is a concierge service that wastes your week.
Who it makes sense for
Concierge pays for itself for people whose time is worth more than the fee and whose week contains a steady supply of small logistical problems: frequent travellers, people running a business alone, and anyone living outside the country whose institutions they have to deal with.
It makes less sense if your requests are rare. At 149 USDT a month, one booking a quarter is an expensive booking. The annual plan is the option to consider once the service has proved itself over a month or two, not before.
Blomo would rather say that plainly than sell an annual plan to somebody who will use it twice.

How is the subscription paid?
It is charged from your Blomo balance, like any other payment on the account. You switch Concierge on in the app and it activates automatically — there is nothing to apply for.

Hotel and travel bookings, restaurant and event reservations, deliveries and errands, and problems that need a person to resolve them — described in your own words, without forms or fixed categories.

Do I need to verify my identity to use Concierge?
No. Concierge is available on the same terms as the rest of a Blomo account, which requires no identity documents.
Is the annual plan worth it?
