How do you get your money back out?

Blomo's withdrawal fee is 3%, taken out of the amount together with the network fee, and the terms set a one-day standard. There is no button: you ask support.

You get your money back out by asking Blomo support to send your balance to a crypto address you own, and Blomo charges 3% of the amount for doing it. The 3% and the network fee are both deducted from the sum you asked for rather than added on top, so a request for 500 USDT arrives as 500 USDT minus 15 USDT minus whatever the chain charges. There is no minimum withdrawal. There is also no withdraw button in the app: a withdrawal is a request that a person at Blomo carries out, and the terms Blomo publishes set the timing for it — normally 15 to 60 minutes, with a service standard of completion within one day of the request. The rest of this article does the arithmetic, compares withdrawing against spending the balance on the card, and names the two things Blomo does not promise.

There is no withdraw button, and that is worth knowing before you top up

Withdrawals at Blomo are not automated. You ask support for a withdrawal, you give the address, and a person carries it out. The support entrance is the Telegram bot @blomo_bot, which is where the Support link in the footer of this site points, and it is the only support channel Blomo has.

Blomo says this plainly rather than burying it, because a reader deciding whether to send money to a service that asks for no documents is entitled to know how the money comes back before it goes in. What follows from it in practice: the exit is a conversation, not a self-service screen, and the clock in the terms runs from the moment you make the request.

Do not confuse this with the Send button in Blomo Wallet. Blomo Wallet is non-custodial, and its Send button moves coins that are already in your own wallet, where only your device holds the key. The balance you topped up in order to fund a card is a different pot of money, and getting that one out is the request described here.

What a withdrawal costs, worked out on 500 USDT

Blomo’s withdrawal fee is 3% of the amount you ask to withdraw, and it is deducted from that amount. The network fee for the outgoing transfer is yours too, and it is deducted from the same amount. So the number you ask for is the number you lose fees out of, not the number that lands.

On a 500 USDT request, Blomo’s share is a flat 15 USDT. What the chain takes depends on the network and on one detail of your own address:

TRON (TRC-20) Ethereum (ERC-20)
Amount requested 500 USDT 500 USDT
Blomo’s 3% 15 USDT 15 USDT
Network fee, if your address already holds USDT ~$2.19 ~$0.009
Arrives in that case ~482.81 USDT ~484.99 USDT
Network fee, if your address holds no USDT yet ~$4.44 ~$0.013
Arrives in that case ~480.56 USDT ~484.99 USDT

The network figures come from measurements taken on 13 September 2026 and published in what a top-up costs on TRC-20 and ERC-20, where every reading is sourced. A USDT transfer on TRON burns 130,285 energy when it writes a balance into an address that held none and 64,285 energy when it adds to a balance that already exists; energy cost 100 sun that day, which is 0.0001 TRX per unit, and TRX was $0.340683 on CoinGecko. That is 13.03 TRX, about $4.44, against 6.43 TRX, about $2.19. On Ethereum the same two cases were 64,031 and 46,479 gas at about 0.08 gwei with ETH at $2,475.10 — a cent and change either way.

Ethereum gas is a market price and the reading above was an unusually cheap day. The same transfer at 20 gwei costs several dollars. TRON’s fee is a governance parameter and moves only with the TRX price. Neither number is a promise by Blomo, because Blomo does not receive it.

The round trip is easy to see from here. To land 500 USDT on the balance you send 505 USDT, because the top-up fee is 1%. Take the same 500 back out to a TRON address that already holds USDT and about 482.81 USDT arrives. The two Blomo fees together are 20 USDT on that trip, and the two network fees are on top of that, paid in the chain’s own coin.

Spending the balance costs less than withdrawing it

Blomo charges a transaction fee on card spending, and it is smaller than 3% on every card in the range. The figures below are from the fee table, which is the version Blomo keeps current.

Way of getting the value out Fee On 500 USDT
Spend on the Netherlands card 0.5% 2.50 USDT
Spend on the Spain, Poland, Indonesia or Estonia card 1% 5 USDT
Spend on the United Kingdom card 1.5% 7.50 USDT
Cash from an ATM, Netherlands, Spain or Poland card 1% 5 USDT
Cash from an ATM, United Kingdom or Indonesia card 2% 10 USDT
Withdraw to a crypto address 3% plus the network fee 15 USDT plus ~$2.19 on TRON

There is no amount at which withdrawing to crypto is the cheaper way to get value out of a Blomo balance. The card fee is a percentage rather than a flat charge, so splitting spending into many small purchases does not change the total, and the cheapest card fee is six times smaller than the withdrawal fee. What the 3% buys is not a discount but a form: crypto back in a wallet you control, which no card payment can produce.

Two limits keep the cash row from being a general answer. ATM ceilings are monthly and per card — 2,500 USDT on the Netherlands and Spain cards, 1,500 on Poland and the United Kingdom, 1,000 on Indonesia, and the Estonia card has no ATM access at all. And a withdrawal in a currency other than the card’s own is converted on top of the ATM fee. The machine’s operator can add a charge of its own as well, which is not Blomo’s; what an ATM withdrawal costs adds up the whole sum.

Conversion applies to purchases in the same way, and it is not a Blomo fee. Purchases in the card’s own currency are made without conversion; everything else is recalculated at the Visa or Mastercard rate fixed at the moment of the transaction, and section 11 of the terms states that Blomo neither converts at a rate of its own nor takes a mark-up on conversion.

One day is a contract term, not a marketing line

The timing of a withdrawal is written into the terms of service, in section 8, and it says three things. Withdrawals normally complete in 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the coin and the network. The service standard is completion within one day of the request. A withdrawal takes longer than that only where a check under section 6 is open.

That is the difference between a published obligation and a claim in an advert: it sits in the document you agree to, it names a number, and you can hold Blomo to it. Read it yourself rather than taking this paragraph’s word for it.

What Blomo does not promise

A check on the funds can push a withdrawal past the one-day standard. Section 6 covers checks on incoming funds, and section 8 makes the exception explicit: where such a check is open, the timeline of the withdrawal is the timeline of the check. Blomo does not publish which signals trigger a check, which tools it uses or what thresholds apply, and does not explain them on request — the reasoning being that publishing them would tell the people the checks exist for exactly what to avoid. Section 6 also lists the outcomes, including the one where an account is closed and the funds go back to the address they came from, and the one where funds are released only at the request of the competent authorities. What happens if Blomo checks your top-up walks through the whole clause, including what can be asked of you and how a check ends.

An address typed wrongly is money gone. Section 8 says it in one sentence: Blomo sends to the address you give it and cannot recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly. No support request reverses that, because nothing on Blomo’s side can reach into another chain address. Check the address character by character, and prefer pasting it over typing it.

A refund is a different exit, and it closes the account

There is a second way out in the terms, and it is not the same thing as a withdrawal. Section 9 lets you ask Blomo to return your balance instead of spending it, and a refund of the balance closes the account permanently — the account cannot be reopened, and its history, cards and subscriptions end with it. Refunds are completed within 14 days of the request, and the funds are returned to the address they came from rather than to an address you choose, subject to section 6.

So the two exits differ in three ways: a withdrawal goes to an address you name, is measured in hours, and leaves the account open; a refund goes back where the money came from, is measured in days, and ends the account. Ask for a refund only if you intend to stop using Blomo.

Quick answers

How do I withdraw money from Blomo? You ask support at @blomo_bot for a withdrawal to a crypto address you control, and a person carries it out. There is no withdraw button in the app.

What does a withdrawal cost? 3% of the amount, plus the network fee for the outgoing transfer. Both are deducted from the amount you asked for, so a 500 USDT request loses 15 USDT to Blomo and the chain fee on top of that.

Is there a minimum withdrawal? No. Blomo sets no minimum on withdrawals, though a small withdrawal on a network with a flat fee loses a large share of itself to that fee.

How long does a withdrawal take? Normally 15 to 60 minutes depending on the coin and the network, with a service standard of completion within one day of the request, stated in section 8 of the terms. It takes longer only where a check under section 6 is open.

Is it cheaper to spend the balance or to withdraw it? To spend it. Card transaction fees run from 0.5% to 1.5% and ATM fees from 1% to 2%, against 3% plus the network fee for a withdrawal.

What happens if I give the wrong address? The money is lost. Blomo sends to the address you provide and cannot recover funds sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Is a refund the same as a withdrawal? No. A refund returns the balance to the address it came from within 14 days and closes the account permanently.
